• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.

444com reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, with Funds held pending compliance review.

To access the full range of 444com Services, you must register a personal Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 444com platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent forfeiture of all Funds held across those Accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes. 444com accepts no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in your Account dashboard, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering compliance requirements. 444com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. • Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus credit and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus play become withdrawable as real Funds.
• 444com reserves the right to vary, withdraw, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• A Player may hold only one active Bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Depositing while a Bonus is active may alter or forfeit pending Bonus credit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, carry no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other benefit.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each Bonus. Bonus credit that expires before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, and Test matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Interrupted or abandoned matches will be settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection integrity. 444com bears no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to the Player's internet connectivity issues.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 444com platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds held within the Account:

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of 444com.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444com platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444com shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the 444com platform or Services, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or interruption to gameplay caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.

444com does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access and use the Services entirely at their own risk. 444com's liability for gambling losses resulting from normal platform operation is expressly excluded — by accepting these Terms, Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome.

444com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Players. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible at any time from your Account settings panel, with no administrative delay.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may configure automatic session reminders and time limits to manage the duration of each gaming session.
